Since our founding, the Artisan’s Pledge has been at the heart of our commitment to customers and the craft itself. Every piece we create—tables, chairs, dice trays, storage solutions, or custom gaming accessories—is made with care, skill, and attention to detail. When you bring one of our creations into your home, you are receiving a unique item we take pride in, and we want you to feel the same.
Your Satisfaction is Paramount
There is only one acceptable outcome for us: a product we can stand behind, and a customer who is fully satisfied. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will work with you to make it right. This includes repair, replacement, or, in certain cases, refund. We cover shipping costs for items that fail due to craftsmanship or materials.
A Piece Built to Last
Our products are guaranteed for the life of the original owner. If your piece experiences a failure due to materials or craftsmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. If such an issue arises within 30 days of receipt and a refund is preferred, it may be issued according to the guidelines below.
Natural Beauty and Variations
Each piece we make is crafted from natural materials—wood, leather, and other organic elements. No two pieces are identical. Variations in color, grain, and texture are inherent and celebrated as part of the beauty of handmade goods. We encourage you to review our material specifications before purchase to understand these natural characteristics.
If your item meets our specifications but you are still dissatisfied with its appearance, contact us within 30 days. We can arrange an exchange, though we cannot guarantee exact matches in grain or color. Shipping may apply in such cases.
Accidents and Damage
We understand accidents happen—a tumble during a move or a curious pet can cause damage. In such cases, we will provide replacement parts or arrange repairs. Shipping damage reported within 30 days of delivery is fully covered by us. Fees may apply for repairs or replacement parts in other accident scenarios.
Wear and Aging
Our pieces are designed to last a lifetime. Over time, natural wear will occur—wood may age, finishes may develop character marks. For those who value a pristine appearance, we recommend following our Care Guide. Refinishing may also be available for certain items—please contact us for details.
Third-Party Items
Items not crafted by us, including games, accessories, or merchandise, are subject to standard industry return policies. We can provide refunds or replacements if notified within 30 days and items are in resalable condition. Beyond that, refunds are unavailable.
Refunds
Unshipped orders may be cancelled for a refund within 14 days of purchase. After this period, refunds may be issued in the form of a store credit for 100% of the purchase price. Refunds to the original payment method may be subject to shipping or processing fees (5–10% depending on payment method).
