Craft, Story, and the Roll of the Dice

Growing up, I was always exploring and creating. I was the kid in class who could sketch anything so precisely that others thought I was tracing. Woodworking came naturally in my teens when I started as a framer and finish carpenter. That’s where I first learned the value of traditional techniques, design eras, and—most importantly—why quality matters. Cutting corners isn’t just a mistake; it shows. Poor craftsmanship has consequences, and I quickly learned the hard way.
That curiosity and drive led me to study industrial design, where I immersed myself in the work of designers like Charles and Ray Eames, Raymond Loewy, and Dieter Rams. I explored Art Deco, Art Nouveau, and compared them to the soulless minimalism of modernity. From there, I entered architectural fabrication, working on high-profile projects for brands like Balenciaga, Adidas, and even the CN Tower renovation. Every project reinforced one truth: quality means striving for perfection, even when it takes tireless effort. And sometimes, you just have to do it all over again—because if it’s not right, it’s not right.
My journey into tabletop gaming started about eight years ago with D&D. I’d always been curious about it, but hadn’t found a group—until social media made it easy to connect. What drew me in wasn’t just the adventure, it was the creativity, the world-building, and the community. And I quickly realized that the gear on the market—dice trays, towers, vaults—was often cheap or poorly made. That frustration became inspiration. I wanted to create something better: pieces that felt personal, lasting, and crafted with care.
Ones & Twenties starts with dice trays, towers, and vaults—but that’s just the beginning. I have ideas for premium, lore-based products made from materials you won’t see anywhere else. My design philosophy is simple: intuitive, clean, and never over-designed. My mission is even clearer: heirloom-quality pieces that live alongside your campaigns for years, with the promise that every roll matters.
When you choose Ones & Twenties, you can expect craftsmanship you can feel, fair pricing, and a growing catalog of designs, materials, and colors. This is more than gaming gear—it’s storytelling in your hands, quality in every detail, and a little magic in every roll.
